Welcome to a new week. I hope that you are all using this time at home to get some rest (mentally and physically), take care of your school work, but also maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
For your daily activity: continue using the workout plan from last week. If you need to deviate from the plan, then do. The main thing is to make sure that you are staying active.

In these uncharted waters, remember that your attitude and your actions play a major role in your life, and the life of those around you. A simple equation to remember is E + R = O.
E(vent)
R(esponse)
O(utcome)
This unprecedented event is unlike anything we have experienced in our lifetime. Our response, as individuals and as a community, can directly affect the outcome of the spread of this virus. Likewise, our response will affect our mental health and the mental health of those around us. Now is the time for you to lead. To take ownership of the situation and not let it get the best of you. STAY POSITIVE in these trying times and do your part to minimize the risk of infection and the weight of anxiety.

Welcome to week two of school at home. We have received feedback from many students that have been able to get in some form of a workout. If you have not been active, you are behind. Use this time to get up and get moving. Keep your distance from others, and don't workout in crowded areas, but find a way to get some work in!
Below is a workout plan that will take you through the next five days. Do the best you can to complete each workout!
