Weight Training & Physical Conditioning is used to teach the proper safety and techniques used to lift weights. The students’ will be instructed in the proper techniques to develop strength, speed and agility. Students’ should be prepared to participate in a total body strength and conditioning program designed to improve performance. Gender and sport specific exercises will be incorporated when appropriate. Safety will be taught and always be a major priority in the weight room.
